Needs and Haves

June 18, 2025 is the last day to RSVP. No RSVPs will be accepted after that date as we have to get food orders in and picked up.

Members, if you are attending, you must RSVP and let us know what you are bringing, click here to let us know, who (total number and names) is coming and what you will bring! (sorry, no RSVP and we can’t guarantee tables/chairs or food and you will not be eligible for prizes)

This is very important so that we, a) have everything we need and b) don’t end up with 14 Potato Salads!
